It’s a new year: your benefits have changed, or you may discover you need to modify the amount of taxes withheld from your paychecks. Here’s what to do:

#### **Check your benefits**

Your first 2016 paycheck reflected your new employee benefits for the year, from health insurance to 401(k) contributions and more. Please double-check your paystub to ensure that your benefits are correct. ##### **Do you need to change your tax withholding?**

Our W2s will be mailed to us by January 31 and then it's a race to complete our taxes before April 15. Once you've filed your taxes, and you've determined you need more or less withheld from your paycheck, you can make those changes in ADP Vantage. Here’s how:

1. [Log into ADP Vantage - Need help logging in? Check out the video below](https://adpvantage.adp.com/public/index.htm)
2. Once logged in, click on Myself, then Money, then Tax Withholding
3. Next, download this PDF and [follow the steps](https://newshub.arrowheadgrp.com/hubfs/Tax_Withholding_Update_Instructions_v1115-Jan2016newsletter.pdf) to complete your change
