Additional specialty programs have been the focus of Arrowhead in second quarter 2017. Three of these moved from OnPoint – LIBRIS Booksellers, Builders & Contractors and Managed Care – providing better economies of scale and savings in licensing and other fees. The fourth program, Automotive Aftermarket Express, is a program recently opened to new appointed producers. Here’s the inside scoop on each.
In case you’ve been on vacation for an entire month, let us bring you up to date: QBE and Arrowhead recently expanded their partnership with the launch of Arrowhead Core Commercial Program, which will be based in Sun Prairie, WI. Nearly 50 QBE employees are in the process of transitioning to becoming Arrowhead employees after their Independence Day holidays. While they’ll still work at the same QBE campus, they have Arrowhead-dedicated offices that overlook a greenbelt and pond, says Arrowhead President Steve Boyd.
Checking medical reports and depositions. Reviewing surveillance footage. Working with adjusters, underwriters and law enforcement. It’s all in a day’s work for Marcella Graham, senior investigator at ISI.
In case you’re not familiar with ISI – Investigation Solutions, Inc. – they’re ACM’s investigation arm, and also provide nationwide field investigation, surveillance and SIU services to the insurance, legal and self-insured communities.

Some have added new carriers and expanded their products as well.

Back in May, we started our summer road trip series by visiting all of our offices around the country. We started out East and made our way West and now here we are, at the end of the summer, ending our tour at the Arrowhead and ACM HQ in downtown San Diego.
Celebrating completion of their first year is our new office in Roseville, a suburb east of Sacramento. Home to 11 employees of Arrowhead and ACM, this office is multi-functional and multi-tasking, from Commercial Auto and Workers’ Compensation sales to ACM’s claims in the personal property and work comp divisions.
We’ve put the pedal to the metal as our summer-long road trip continues. This month we’re heading west where we will visit our team of 40+ in Denver, CO. This is home to multiple programs that began the rebranding process on July 1, changing their name from OnPoint Underwriting to Arrowhead.
