A Standing Ovation to Don Lehmer for his 30 years of service
Don Lehmer in the San Diego office celebrated his 30th anniversary in June 2016
It is a great honor to thank those who have been with Arrowhead from the early days of our company's start. Today we celebrate Don Lehmer from our Facilities team. Don, you truly helped create the foundation of Arrowhead's strong family-like culture, and for that we thank you.
Let's go back in time to our interview with Don when he celebrated his 20th anniversary....
As Arrowhead was first starting out, Don said the company dynamics were like a triple-A ball club with all the employees working together to get to the insurance majors. “We were all located on one floor of a small office complex (36 total employees in the one home office). Everyone used their talents to the best of their abilities, to truly work as a cohesive entity to move the company as well as each of us personally forward. Few things came easy, sacrifices were common at all levels of the organization, but we all felt strongly we were paving the way to great success.”
Don has stayed with Arrowhead for so long because of the family bond that’s been created. “Being surrounded by such an interesting mix of co-workers and the challenges each day brings definitely keeps things alive and fresh.”
Thank you, Don!
