Leaders are on the move at Arrowhead
(or, where in the world are Tom & Rich?)

Over our 30+ year history, Arrowhead has grown significantly, most recently leading to new leadership opportunities. Wondering what happened to Tom & Rich? Read on.

Formerly chief marketing officer, Tom Kussurelis is now executive vice president and chief operating officer. In this new role he will lend further support to leaders in our various specific commercial lines programs.

Rich Dern, formerly Central Region business development leader for Core Commercial, has been tapped for the newly created role of director of business development, commercial field marketing. Working with business development leaders across multiple Arrowhead programs, Rich and team look forward to bringing new solutions to our producers, to help them grow.

Fabricare now in Top 5

We introduced Fabricare, our newest industry vertical, last month – and it’s already in our Top 5 best sellers! Just a quick reminder in case you missed it, here are our target markets:

  • Dry cleaners
  • Commercial launderers
  • Textile and linen suppliers (supplies linens to restaurants, hotels, spas, etc.)
  • Restoration specialists (restoration for fabric/garments after fire, flood or mold)
  • Coin-operated attended laundromats
  • Uniform rentals
  • Available in all states except Indiana, Missouri, Louisiana and Vermont. Coming to New York, Florida and Washington.
