Appetite. 72% said you’d prefer we communicated our appetite electronically.
A project is underway that includes BOP and package appetite online in an easy, usable format. We even have a few special surprises coming that will also help you identify other programs in the Arrowhead family that might be able to help you. Preview our online appetite guide.
Audit. 72% said you’d like a separate bill for audits; 85% said you’d like to receive a notice when an audit is ordered. We are currently revamping our process to see how we can implement these changes.
Claims. Only 51% said you’re aware that we have a claims portal available to view specific claims data. That’s way too low, so we’re working to redevelop this resource to make it more apparent and easier to find on both ArrowheadExchange.com and ArrowheadGRP.com.
New Customer Welcome Kit. 78% would like us to send a Welcome Letter/Kit to customers outlining benefits of Core Commercial and our portal. It’s in the works!
