We've improved our billing system
Based on your input, we’ve enhanced our billing, making it easier both for you and your clients.
Here’s the scoop:
The Direct Bill New Business Deposit Payment term has been changed to 20 days.
All new business down payment invoices will be mailed to your insured.
Binder and Quote Confirmation wording has been changed to reflect changes:
Added "THIS IS NOT A BILL"
Added "If Agency Bill, [Producer Name] will invoice the premium"
Added this statement: "An invoice will be mailed directly to the insured. The insured can pay the deposit online or through the mail as outlined below"
Payments can be made online at ArrowheadExchange.com; by phone, 1.844.719.5170; or mailed. If the insured is in AZ or NY, mail to P.O. Box 9063, Carlsbad, CA 92018. Otherwise, mail to P.O. Box 9000, Carlsbad, CA 90218.
