This month, we are celebrating the things we love.

While not submitted as an option, we want to recognize Jessica Broughton from Arrowhead’s IS team in downtown San Diego for her entry. Her idea launched the inspiration behind “The Hub.” Thanks, Jessica!  Why The Hub? As the center of a wheel, it’s the meeting spot, where all the spokes join together. Because our company “spokes” are spread out, from Washington to Florida, we need a news center to make sure we’re all in the know. So tune in monthly for the latest official and semi-official news on Arrowhead, ACM, OnPoint and Bellingham. IT'S THE MONTH OF LOVE Regular paychecks, health benefits, 401(k) and discounted stock options…those are nothing to sneeze at. But, we agree, they’re standard for most companies. These are the winning companies, along with a partial list of what we admire most about them. The #1 answer as to why these companies are admired? Because of the way they recognize and appreciate their employees. It’s all about showing the love.
