1st Quarter 2016

The charity committee was busy last quarter with a lot of wonderful events and donating opportunities, and we want to thank YOU for your generosity and involvement.

There are no signs of slowing down as we dive into the first quarter of 2016, so take a read through our first newsletter of the year to find out how you can get involved in your office location.

Earn PTO for Volunteering

Our company recognizes employees who volunteer their time to help organizations across the world. Our Community Service Volunteer Plan enables all employees to take two paid days off per year to volunteer for a not-for-profit agency. There is a four-hour minimum volunteer requirement, and participation can include serving food at a shelter, beach clean up, raising money through walks, etc.

If you participate on a workday, the community service form must be completed and submitted to your direct manager prior to the requested day and is subject to their approval. Credit can be given for volunteer participation on the weekend subject to prior management approval. Managers are then responsible to forward an employee's completed volunteer form to Human Resources. If you have questions, please contact HR.
