Formerly chief marketing officer, Tom Kussurelis is now executive vice president and chief operating officer. In this new role he will lend further support to leaders in our various specific commercial lines programs.
Rich Dern, formerly Central Region business development leader for Core Commercial, has been tapped for the newly created role of director of business development, commercial field marketing. Working with business development leaders across multiple Arrowhead programs, Rich and team look forward to bringing new solutions to our producers, to help them grow.
