Meet your new Business Development Leaders As Core Commercial’s year-over-year growth continues, we’re adding and moving in new staff. We’d like you to meet our new business development leaders (BDLs) and note the changes in territories. Meet Michele Mayer, BDL for Northern California and Nevada. Michele began her career at Arrowhead five years ago as Northern California Marketing Manager for our Workers’ Compensation Program. Her knowledge of many Arrowhead programs, not only Workers’ Compensation but also Core Commercial’s BOP and Package, Automotive Aftermarket and many others, puts her in good stead to work with Core Commercial producers in her areas. Michele was a part of the Phoenix Risk Management (now Patriot) marketing team for seven years prior to joining Arrowhead. She looks forward to meeting your agency and learning your strengths! Beth O’Reardon, BDL for Southern California and Arizona. Beth began her career at Arrowhead 12 years ago as marketing representative. She has been Southern California Territory Marketing Manager for our Workers’ Compensation Program since 2011, working closely with small-to-medium-sized businesses to help them determine the best fit for their insurance needs, while encouraging their risk management efforts to keep experience mods and rates low.  Beth is known for her ability to foster agency relationships built on integrity and turn agency feedback into process improvements. Michele and Beth are giving our West region BDL, Brett Barnsley, some much-needed aid. Brett is now responsible for 12 Western/Mid-West states. Vivian Carballo-Brown isn’t new to our producers, but she’s moving from a lead underwriting role back into a BDL role for many Central states.  Alonzo A. Dunn, Jr. is adding to his existing territory, and will now be covering the entire Eastern Seaboard plus much of the Gulf states.
