Dear Teammates,

Welcome to our brand new 2016 newsletter! We hope you find it helpful, entertaining and easy to navigate. As we continue to grow, our intention is to provide relevant information about what is happening throughout our organization.

It has been about a year and a half since we consolidated the program business into National Programs. Steve Boyd and I have gotten to know the leaders of these program administrators around the country and we can say first hand it has been a tremendously rewarding experience. We will share news from these companies in the monthly newsletter as a way to bridge the gap so that we can grow together.

If you would like to learn more about what National Programs is -

At this time, our newsletter will only be sent to teammates at Arrowhead, OnPoint, Bellingham, ACM and its subsidiaries. Our hope is to eventually broaden its distribution to all National Programs companies.

In this El Nino year, we begin 2016 with some strong tail winds,  but also some "rough, challenging waters." We have the utmost confidence in our leadership and the talent on our team to take advantage of and navigate through the market dynamics.

Overall, our National Programs goal is to grow our revenue organically by 3.5 percent; meaning exclusive of any acquisitions. We expect our new All Risk team, under the direction of Lew DeFuria, and led by Caroline Barwick in our new San Francisco office and Niels Seebeck in our Atlanta office, to play a significant part in our growth. As a point of reference, we ended 2015 with overall revenue in National Programs of $412 million and Arrowhead was a significant piece of the total.

Our aspiration is to continue to thrive and grow in a work environment that is both challenging and rewarding for you. Here's to a terrific 2016!

All the best to you and your families,

Chris Walker, National Programs CEO
