Sure, we know that good friends are priceless. Remember from your Girl Scout days,

Make new friends, but keep the old.
One is silver and the other, gold.

Still, you can help a friend find a new job – and make a little cash off them as well!

How? With our Employee Referral Reward Program. You can earn up to $1,000 for referring someone who becomes a permanent employee. There are two important steps to the process – so don’t neglect either one:

  1. Tell your friend to name you as their referral source on their application or new hire paperwork.
  2. Fill out the Referral Reward Form and have your friend’s new supervisor sign it; then submit to your HR payroll manager AFTER your friend has successfully completed at least 90 days of employment (but no more than 180 days).

Depending on your friend’s pay grade, you could earn $250, $500 or $1,000.

Of course, there are a few stipulations, like:

  • You can’t refer someone who will work within your area of responsibility (i.e., they’ll answer to you)
  • You can’t refer a part-time or temporary employee to earn the bonus

View more details or fill out the form: Referral Reward Form.

UPDATE - As of October 2016, the employee referral bonuses have increased to $500, $1,000 and $2,000, depending on the paygrade of the position that is being filled.
